Research and Insight client-side specialist.Extensive experience in managing client-side research & insight projects, both qualitative and quantitative, and proactively helping commercial leaders make insight led decisions. Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills, with an analytical background too. Equally capable working closely with research agencies, or leading projects and analysis in-house. I have a breadth of experience having worked across Propositions Insight, Marketing Insight, Market Dynamics & Strategy, and Customer Experience Insight. I know the importance of landing actionable insights with impact. I also enjoy bringing the Voice of the Customer to life, whether that be through videos, customer closeness events, or workshops delving into consumer trends and segments.I am always enthusiastic about trialling new research approaches, getting great value and expanding my team’s Insight toolkit.
