As a Senior Data Engineer, I own and lead our data platform in a lean team of two engineers and one Data Analyst. I led a full restructuring of our data architecture, significantly improving performance, reliability, and data visibility while reducing infrastructure costs, including lowering Snowflake expenses from $41K to $6K per month (~85% reduction).I also restructured our BI environment and analytics layer to better support executive decision-making and product performance tracking.
