For the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Client:+ Analyzed, based on interviews, older existing documentation, and procurement packages, the IT Procurement Process and created high-level and mid-level cross-functional (swim lane) diagrams of the process and authored a process document based on the flow diagrams and additional interviews with Finance and Contract Administration Manager and staff.+ For the WSSC Bill Payment Customer Experience Improvement Effort, analyzed and tested the currently used web-based systems and created detailed Visio flow diagrams to track the web-page progression and the paths of all links. Created screen-capture documents to accompany the flow diagrams to allow for labeled boxes in the flow diagrams to be tracked to specific web-page screens. Provided suggestions for improvement based on my experience as a user.+ Provided flow diagrams and accompanying screen-capture documents for the WSSC mobile bill payment system and the Kiosk-based system and the E-Z Pay system.+ Edited and updated Participant Guides for Disaster Recovery Plan Tabletop Exercise.+ Researched NIST documentation to extract and condense planning information for Disaster Recovery Plan Functional Exercises.+ Collaborated with Technical Writing team on setting up formatting styles and templates and the effort to place finalized documentation into a central IT Document Repository.
