ABOUT ALICE SETTLE

Actively studying Project Management qualifications and have recently sat the APM PMQ exam in order to pursue a new career. In the Armed Forces I have managed and have led vastly different individuals across different sectors within the industry and am a confident communicator with all levels of personnel. I am a self-starter and able to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team. Throughout my career I have managed multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising work and always ensuring compliance with protocol and safety regulations. Problem solving, data anyisis and managing change is at the forefront of being in the military as well as critical thinking and meeting deadlines. I have held great responsibility, particularly for wholeship safety, both when navigating the ship and as Office in command of the emergency response team. In previous roles I have successfully managed a diverse range of projects from initiation to completion, consistently demonstrating strong leadership skills through effective management and motivation of the team to achieve strategic objectives. My experience has ensured I have the key skills to thrive within Project Management. I enjoy a challenge and working in a fast paced environment. My key attributes are my personable nature and genuine care for those working with and for me, coaching and mentoring to allow professional and personal growth.
