About Alice Nguyen
From the moment I ran my first data model, I was hooked. I\'m fascinated by the stories that numbers can tell, which is why I\'m diving deep into Finance and Business Analytics at George Mason University and am excited to be a CFA Level I Candidate. I love finding ways to make things work better. At OneStream, I get to do that every day by creating solutions that help my team solve problems 20% faster. Before that, at a busy tax firm, I worked on a new AI software that cut our manual data entry by 30%, which is a huge win during tax season! My most personal project is The Self Journey. I founded it from a desire to create a positive and supportive space online, and it\'s been an incredible adventure growing it to a community of over people. Building it from the ground up has taught me so much, from product development to financial management.
