About Alice Nelson

I was most recently a UI Designer at Whereoware, a digital marketing agency that specializes in creating engaging and personalized online experiences. I have a BA in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University, and certificates in UX Design, Front End Web Development, and Full Stack Development from General Assembly and The University of Texas at Austin. I have a passion for designing user-friendly, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the users. In my current role, I create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, style tiles, UI kits, branding guidelines, and hi-fidelity prototypes and production-ready mockups for various web and mobile projects. I also design custom graphics for website, email, and social media campaigns, and manage and update client websites on both the WordPress and Acquia CMS platforms. I use tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and Google Analytics to deliver high-quality and data-driven designs that enhance the user experience and conversion rate. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of designers, developers, marketers, and strategists, and I always seek to learn new skills and technologies to improve my craft. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to create impactful and innovative digital solutions that solve real-world problems and make a difference.
