I\'m Alice - an honest, sometimes funny (?) and always compassionate Executive Director & Recruitment & Retention Consultant at Marmion. Having worked in customer service, tech, and digital marketing before finally succumbing to recruitment in 2021, I’ve since managed to build a career that offers me a great deal of satisfaction, develop skills I never thought I’d have, and meet countless unique individuals that I\'d never have come across if it weren’t for Marmion. Alongside my bachelors and masters degrees (some might say the masters was delaying adulthood!) I’ve also gained a recruitment industry specific qualification from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. This forms the premise for all I do, ensuring I have a strong understanding of employment laws & regulations, whilst following best practices.An ethical, efficient, personal, and valuable service is always my goal. I help clients find their next hire, and guide candidates during their search for a new role, always with the focus on retention and doing the right thing, for both parties.
