I am an Advisory Metrology Engineer at the IBM Research AI Hardware Center in Albany. I am the Tool Owner and Applications Engineer for the KLA ellipsometers (F10, Aleris, LD10, and former backup Tool Owner of the Spectra FX 100s). I manage the films internal request system, build film thickness models using KLA Offline Spectral Analysis (OLSA) software, and troubleshoot process/metrology issues.I work on tool uptime/performance and process improvement projects, actively engage with and work closely with engineers, operators, technicians, and the tool vendor (KLA) to resolve equipment and process issues.My collateral responsibility is being the In-line Metrology Team Lead for Facilities Fab Shutdown events.
