For over 25 years, I have dedicated my career to operating at the powerful intersection of healthcare, business and society. I specialize in architecting and leading high-impact social change initiatives. My core focus is driving measurable value where business growth and societal progress converge. I have the honor of serving as Board Trustee for J&J Foundation and J&J Impact Ventures, and as President of the J&J Patient Assistance Foundation. Currently, as Global Head of Social Impact & Partnerships, I lead the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, guiding strategy to positively impact patients and communities. In this capacity, I lead a globally distributed, high performing team and oversee strategic partnerships, impact investing in early stage health technology start-ups, disaster relief, product donations and large scale employee engagement programs. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a track record of turning vision into impact results. At American Express, I served as Vice President, Corporate Sustainability and COO of The American Express Foundation. Earlier in my career, I executed equity and equity related transactions at Morgan Stanley including capital raises for HGTV, XM Satellite, and Microfinance Institutions. It was my honor to serve as a Program Officer at The September 11th USG, helping coordinate more than $3bn in 9/11 recovery efforts, and as a Microfinance loan officer in Ghana.Currently, I am a Board Director for Trinity Health, a 90 hospital system across 22 states serving millions of people, and on the Board of The U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) Foundation, where tennis and education come together to impact lives of youth nationally. I graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School where I was a HBS Leadership Fellow, and hold a Bachelor\'s degree with honors from The Johns Hopkins University, where I was on the Varsity women\'s tennis team.
