A national role responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with employers, identify market trends, and opportunities aligned with Mencap’s strategic vision. This enables Mencap to support individuals with learning disabilities into work while assisting organisations with their corporate social responsibility objectives. I promote the significant benefits employers gain from working with our client groups. Collaborating with employers, I ensure they are supported with LD awareness and deliver meaningful employment opportunities for our learners. My focus on data capture and reporting ensures that our efforts are informed by accurate insights into employer needs and job outcomes.Responsibilities:• Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with employers. • Engaging with employers and managing a portfolio of relationships.• Identifying labour market trends, gathering accurate and meaningful data, identifying opportunities for Mencap, informing strategy, and managing risk.• Ensuring delivery teams possess the necessary skills and confidence to engage with employers by creating and delivering various resources, materials, and presentations, and offering training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.• Managing and collaborating with individuals with lived experience of learning disability to conduct learning disability awareness sessions for employers.• Providing guidance and support to Employer Engagement Officers within the delivery teams.• Producing reports and ensuring accurate and timely capture of all employer data.• Tailoring marketing strategies, crafting high-quality and compelling content.• Collaborating effectively within teams to foster success.• Experience in data capture, reporting, quality assurance, and compliance.• Proficiency in marketing, social media, and communications.• Providing and delivering training, coaching, and mentoring.
