ABOUT ALICE JACKSON
I graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Animal Science BSc in 2019. Here I was interested in animal health, genetics and reproduction, and consultancy. I particularly concentrated on working with dairy cows and pigs but have an interest in all topics even companion animals. I was especially interested in dairy cow health and production and focused on illness in dairy calves for my dissertation. Since graduating, I worked as a waitress, on farms, and as an Au Pair in Australia. Back in the UK, I followed my interest in animal health and worked for Allflex which was part of the MSD group. I am currently working as a Food and Farming Consultant at Savills in the Perth office in Scotland.
