Passionate about the work BDI Resourcing does for the NHS, I specialise in the recruitment of international Anaesthetists and Intensive Care Doctors. I’m an expert in the field of surgical division recruitment, sourcing Consultants, SAS doctors and Fellows for NHS Trusts across the UK. I create social media content, marketing royal college revision tools, European diploma exam advice & general CESR Guidelines. I spend time speaking with doctors from around the globe providing guidance on GMC registration, relocation and the NHS grading system. I’m also able to offer advise on the formulation of CESR portfolios and rotation advisements. I partner with NHS Trusts & Health-boards across the UK, providing support within the surgical directorates. I’m continually taking up new recruitment projects with Anaesthesia and ICU departments. The main aim is to help departments cut down on their agency Locum expenditure and provide a cost-effective alternative which increases continuity of patient care (fixed term/permanent staff).
