ABOUT ALICE FISHER
Hello! I\'m Alice, the Retail Marketing Manager at Dr Martens, responsible for the EMEA region and a team of 4 highly skilled Visual Merchandisers. I\'m a passionate about creating retail environments, telling brand stories and visual merchandising. My experience spans the cosmetics, apparel and footwear industries, working in both retail, field and head office positions. I am particularly interested in retail expansion and have managed the visual set-up of over 50 stores across the EU and UK. Promoted into the Retail Marketing Manager role in 2023, I am responsible for bringing the global campaign concepts to life in over 100 EMEA doors, working with creative + production agencies and managing a multi-million pound budget. My past experience in a field based role has enabled me to develop a thorough understanding of DTC, wholesale and distributor channels, allowing me to expand my merchandising skills across a range of retail environments. I have a strong background in coaching, creating and delivering VM workshops and theory training for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
