Alongside the other Dove Directors, I help \"steer the ship.\" My more specific role includes motivating the sales teams and marketing for all 4 companies: The Garage Door Centre, Samson, AGD and GDO. Currently I am heading the design and launch of our new CRM. I work frequently on database control and management, working stats and controlling bonus schemes using spreadsheets. My role also covers human resource, IT and time management. In a medium sized company one has to wear many hats! Alongside our other Directors, I am involved in negotiation with our suppliers; representing our companies at home and in their countries, preparing proposals for presentation and discussion. Use of fluent German.
