My main focus is to grow the adoption of Google Analytics 4, mostly with the migration of existing customers but also to gain new acquisitions. I own the entire technical sales process, working alongside my sales partners to identify, qualify and scope customers. I then pitch, create product demos, answer questions, solve use cases, share roadmaps and handle objections. I am flexible and quick - vital in the changing landscape and evolving product. I build and maintain relationships with each stakeholder I work with, both externally and the cross-functional internal teams I collaborate with- to create best in class solutions for our biggest and most complex customers, and to share best practices and learnings with Account Managers and Sales - to collect and collate product feedback, concerns, challenges, use cases and feature requests for Global Product Engineering - to champion, create and deliver trainings required by our customers on a wider scale (always reaching more than 100 viewers, often 500+) with Go To Market - support with high priority customer escalations to reduce resolution time by getting hands on alongside Support - to extend reach by doing all of the above with our partner network Whilst my main passion and comfort area has always been Google Analytics, I have also worked on many other products along the way - Attribution 360, Audience Centre, Optimize, Consent Mode and Google Tag Manager (both server and client side) and the ever evolving Privacy landscape. With all of these I have shown I am a quick learner, able to build a technical understanding of how they work taking the initiative to upskill myself in areas I know are most important. I have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding tough sales targets, by enabling peers and partners to have the skills and knowledge they require too.
