Responsible for retaining an existing portfolio of business and building strong relationships with AXA’s SME clients and brokers on the telephone- Develop relationships with our internal and external customers by providing an efficient and reliable service across all communication channels- Establishing our clients’ needs and handling objections in order to secure renewal of an existing PMI scheme- I also proactively identifying expansion opportunities and selling the features and benefits of PMI- I provide a professional service to all our customers/brokers, ensuring queries or complaints raised are handled, monitored and recorded using the agreed process and systems.
