In 2024, I joined okay bueno as partner and co-lead – after having already worked closely with the team on the redesign of win2day.at from the client side.Today, I shape product strategy and design across our projects, working with startups, NGOs, and enterprise clients. I also grow our studio structures, from team processes to positioning.What we do at okay bueno:– Strategy, design & development of digital products and platforms– Small, interdisciplinary teams with no traditional PMs – we work directly and transparently– Close collaboration with partners like Red Bull, Bitpanda, Austrian Lotteries, GIZ, and NEOHWhat matters: Good design comes from empathy, context, and the will to build something useful.
