Building a secret Infrastructure and Hosting Environment for the Government of Canada to enable delivery of classified level services and information for various Government Departments. The project also involved migration of clients applications and users from legacy to Enterprise Data Centre. Major High Level Project Tasks:• Managed complex, multi-stakeholders activities under strict security, privacy, and compliance requirements ensuring alignment with cyber security programs, GC policies, Treasury Board standards, and SSC security strategies while ensuring operational resilience, risk mitigation, and secure digital transformation.• Participated in Management of cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, vendors, and compliance stakeholders to deliver High Level and Detailed Designs, Test Strategies, Integration Test plans, Security Assessments and other various security artifacts, Threat assessment, Client business Requirements.• Managed cross-functional teams of Engineers, Operations & Data Centre staff on implementation activities (Installation, Cabling, Configuration, and Testing) following the design In collaboration with Project teams:• Advised on design and implementation of security-oriented solutions capabilities (Authentication, Authorization, Credentials management, etc.) • Provided inputs on solution architectures, overall design and development processes, oversight on compliancy with policies, security standards (ITSG-33), operational and support Requirements.• Facilitated meetings, discussions, training, etc. Delivered presentations and reported to senior management (SSC or External GC organizations) on project progress and challenges.• Ensured project security strategies and IT risk management deliverables are aligned with GC Security strategies, principals, framework, standards, and procedures (TBS, CSE) and recommended mitigation when applicable.
