With nearly two decades of IT leadership experience, my most recent role as a senior information technology executive who led Meta\'s Ads Governance and Quality enforcement team\'s platform and operations. Responsible for ensuring the compliance of high standards and quality across Meta\'s most lucrative revenue-generating products, as well as fostering team growth and impact. My core competencies include digital transformation, architecture, next generation B2B, B2B2C and B2C social eCommerce platforms, defining and delivering roadmaps against business goals, and managing large global teams across multiple time zones. I have successfully led large digital transformation projects for CPG, telecom, and pharmaceutical domains, and implemented Avon\'s first social selling commercial application powered by Big Data engine, CRM, PIM, CMS, and real-time transaction systems. I have also achieved cost savings, improved quality, and reduced delivery time by altering development sourcing strategy, automating testing, and using cloud and DevOps methodologies.
