ABOUT ALISON ATKINSON

As a Co-Director of Bayman Atkinson Smythe, I am an experienced Senior Finance and Executive recruiter with over 25 years recruitment experience working across the North West of England. For me, investing time in my clients and candidates, building long-lasting partnerships with people - seeing their companies grow, seeing their careers thrive - is what really motivates me to work in recruitment. My extensive experience includes recruiting for both interim and permanent appointments using both traditional contingency or bespoke solutions and over the last 20 years have built up an extensive professional network along with invaluable market knowledge.When I\'m not at work, I can usually be found playing, coaching or watching sport.
