As an OAA-licensed architect with over a decade of experience, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to architecture, interiors, and sustainable building. Over the past seven years in Canada, I have worked on commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing industrial projects, gaining extensive experience across all project phases—from conceptual design to construction documents, contract administration, and close-out documentation. In my role as a Project Manager, I have been deeply involved in contract administration for major-scale projects, ensuring seamless execution while balancing design intent, technical requirements, and budgetary constraints. My expertise in building codes and permitting processes has allowed me to navigate complex regulatory challenges effectively. Holding a Master’s in Environmental Architecture from the Institute of Environmental Architecture, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture, I am also an IGBC-Accredited Professional (IGBC-AP) and a recognized Green Building Expert. Proficient in Revit,AutoCad, Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma, ACC BIM360, Photoshop & SketchUp. I leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency, coordination, and sustainability in design.
