About Aliana Hagen

I lead global initiatives and process improvement projects that improve operational efficiency and drive innovation. I’m motivated by the challenge of turning ideas into action and delivering meaningful results through strategic planning and cross-functional teamwork.As a graduate assistant researcher at the Texas A&M Cardiovascular Pathology Laboratory, I gained hands-on experience in preclinical and clinical study pathology, supporting FDA regulatory submissions. My undergraduate thesis on biomaterials focused on developing synthetic tissues for cardiac surgical models, deepening my understanding of product development and testing. Additionally, during internships in biopharma, I gained experience in cGMP manufacturing operations and applied Lean 6S methodologies to improve processes and reduce costs.Outside of work, I enjoy planning my next vacation, going on hikes, and teaching my cat new tricks.
