I manage diverse teams of system/big data engineers, and data scientists in Bing Index Composition & Quality area, and impact architecture and product strategy of Microsoft online business. In a nutshell, I make sure all useful web pages are found, quickly indexed, filtered for spam/junk, and are presented to Bing users in search, QnA, and recommendations. We have shipped a new realtime index for Web, News, and Multimedia, created break-thru ML/DL content quality pipelines, scaled Big Data workflows multiple times (many trillions of urls), and shipped an order of magnitude scale out of Bing index. These allowed to achieve large improvements in index comprehensiveness, quality, freshness and relevance, with multiple patents pending.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
