I am a master at working in the in-between spaces connecting ideas and people and putting together the puzzle of really complex problems.I\'m an experienced project, program, and grant manager with a multifaceted skillset honed by scrappy and demanding creative non-profit and educational work. After 14 years in this space, I am interested in transferring these invaluable lessons to companies across cutting-edge industries and innovation, solving the problems of now and tomorrow. I have a data-informed but people-centered approach to everything I do - just last year I used landmark research for a target audience, determined their most pressing needs, and designed a program to prioritize those services with direct access for the community. Then I asked them for feedback, putting the design to the test with people\'s real stories and concerns. This combination of people-first and data in mind, allows me to find patterns and trends to make operations and processes run more smoothly or help programs scale quickly and take root in key communities.
