Alia is currently Managing Consultant at the Gallup organization. She helps clients transform their organizations by delivering analytics and advice tailored to each client\'s unique culture, industry and need. Alia leads exceptional teams who deliver solutions for every aspect of an employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, strengths-based development, manager development, JEDI initiatives and exits. Prior to Gallup, Alia was Communications Specialist at Niagara Bottling where she developed and managed all aspects of internal communications. Previously, Alia was a consultant at Forde & Mollrich, a marketing and consulting firm in Newport Beach, California. She has experience working for diverse public and private sector clients, managing projects ranging from marketing through on-site collateral material production, online advertising, social media content development and engagement to development of grassroots campaigns to reform education through the legislative process. Alia earned her first master’s degree in evolutionary anthropology from California State University Fullerton, which gives her unique insight into the complexities of human behavior that she uses every day as a consulting professional. In addition, Alia completed her MBA at UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business, graduating with honors.
