Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Processes - Building relationships with existing and new clients & and candidatesMeeting clients and candidates face-to-faceInterviewing candidates as per the skill set and processing to the client for the final closure• Responsible for hiring frontline staff support hiring (Customer Support Executives/ Lateral) month-on-month• Taking detailed job descriptions from clients over the telephone/email/in person to initiating the hunting/advertising• Advertising job vacancies on several job boards/platforms• Develop new business and nurture client accounts and act as a point of contact and build influential client relationships during business meetings • Using CV Search facility on job boards to find potential talent• Communicating with applicants and assessing their suitability based on skills, experience and client fit.• Submitting CVs, arranging interviews, and train the candidates on interview agendas to assist with their interview preparation• Collating interview feedback, relaying feedback and managing job offers• Keeping in regular contact with successful applicants and ensuring communication is continued even after they have started their new job to ensure as smooth a transition as possible• Ensure all candidate paperwork is in place and agency standards as well as our quality standards are met at all times.• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processEmployer Branding & Communication - Enhance and promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.• Employee Relations (ER) & Engagement - Managing employee life cycle (ELC) activities like Induction and onboarding (for both Lateral and Frontline Staff)
