I have contributed to several projects focused on improving the user experience as well as the design system, often with the aim of improving critical product metrics. For example, I collected and analyzed data to redesign the teacher facing app to achieve higher teacher adoption rates and an improved user experience. I also participated in the rebranding efforts of the student app and incorporated gamified features to enhance the class experience and improve student usage rates. To inform these design decisions, I conducted a variety of user research studies, including on-site research at schools. Additionally, I developed a new design system that could support multiple themes effectively and seamlessly with the goal of improving efficiency for the design and dev teams.
