ABOUT ALI TAYLOR
I have worked within HR field since graduating in 1991. Most of my career has been spent in retail, working in both food retail and the hospitality industry. My current role is an Employee Relations Partner with Tesco. Covering Kent and East Sussex, I provide ER support and guidance to my partners within all formats of the company (stores, distribution, fulfillment and maintenance). I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience, and growing the skills of the managers that I work with, who in turn can provide our colleagues with an excellent work experience. I am a trained mediator, having acquired my qualification in 2017 through TCM. In 2019, I achieved my MCIPD, a qualification I am immensely proud to have attained through the support of the company. With over 25 years HR experience I am an all round HR generalist, gaining skills and insights throughout my career, however my passion and true skill lie in ER - this is the area of HR where I thrive and grow.
