I manage all aspects of our social media presence, from content creation and scheduling to community engagement and performance tracking. I also plan and promote seasonal campaigns, coordinate local events and collaborations, and design marketing materials that reflect our brand identity. In addition, I monitor customer feedback across platforms, analyze campaign results to refine our approach, and stay current on industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and effective. My role is all about ensuring Sammamish Point Espresso remains a beloved and recognizable part of the Redmond community.
