I am an experienced leader with 13+ years of human capital consulting and organizational effectiveness experience that helps executives and organizations navigate large scale people, organization, and operational transformations. I love helping organizations and executives solve their people challenges, whether it\'s a large business unit-wide effort or with executives and their leadership team.I manage a portfolio of strategic HR engagements for C-suite executives, SVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors around senior leader development, team effectiveness, people ops, talent management, employee engagement, post-acquisition integration, and organizational change management. I\'m currently teaching myself French so that I can effortlessly order a croissant and coffee during my annual trip to Paris to visit friends. I\'m also a dog lover and my aussie labradoodle puppy continues to teach me more things than I teach him.
