Lead the strategy of developing and executing our recruiting and hiring strategy to continue our growth including identifying/sourcing new talent, efficient recruiting practices and consistent and engagement onboarding for new hires- Own Counterpart’s compensation and benefits strategy and planning. Partner closely with the leadership team to define compensation budget and annual performance targets- Foster a culture of diversity, engagement, belonging, learning, and high performance via Talent Learning & Development, DEI, Employee Experience, and Knowledge Management- Design and lead company performance management systems- Responsible for scaling people operations systems (recruiting, onboarding, engagement, payroll, compliance, etc.) and infrastructure- Manage compliance with all of the key state and federal workforce, tax, and training requirements.
