ABOUT ALI OLROG

As an accomplished and commercially focused Sales Manager, I have delivered sales targets and managed customer relationships across Europe. I have successfully developed and implemented sales strategies across different sectors and international markets in particular in technical and software sales. I utilise my technical knowledge alongside managing client and partner relationships to secure sales including identifying new opportunities in target markets. I am a Sales Manager in the UK and Ireland, and across Europe I have led the sales and business development activities. I have developed and secured new sales opportunities including leading proposals with channel partners throughout the tendering phase. I have been responsible for delivering the sales strategy across target markets working in partnership with channel partners. I ensure I provide a consultative selling approach and adapt my sales technique to build key relationships and act as a trusted associate of clients. This has ensured I understand client requirements and challenges and adapt sales solutions accordingly. I seek to understand client requirements to ensure solutions are tailored accordingly while managing key client relationships throughout the sales process. I have worked successfully across the C-Suite with clients and I have built and been a part of high performing sales team on several occasions throughout my career.
