As the Senior Director of the Integrated Account Team for the Hibbett business, my responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team of 35+( across Sales, Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Operations) to drive sell-in and sell-through for Nike at Hibbett to deliver growth across revenue, mindshare, and marketshare - all while developing best-in-class talent and establishing an inclusive, collaborative, and diverse team culture.
