Payroll administration,HRIS management is my forte, passion and my domain for 15 years.My strong background in Accounting skills have allowed me to manage the full cycle payroll. There is nothing under the sun,I have not seen and worked on when it comes to Payroll and HRIS management, my CV can attest that. Summary of achievements and accomplishments: To name a few but not all- Administrated full cycle multi state and international payroll for 800 employees-spearheaded two projects to identify the need of a new payroll and HRIS platform and managed a smooth and seamless transition-Lead the project to move paper based employee benefits enrollment and manual entry to electronic open enrollment benefits election-Created monthly closing payroll Journal entries and monthly payroll accruals in various Accounting softwares-Prepared, coded 150+ accounts payable invoices using appropriate GL and grant codes. printed checks, kept record of all Invoices -Prepared, reconciled and created monthly journal entries of organization’s patient billing receivables using an in-house created database and reconciled it in the accounting system and the bank-Administered organization’s pension and retirement plan-Created organizations new benefit plans in ADP and mapped benefit related data to the benefit exchange-Assisted the HR director in researching regarding ACA benefit module in HRIS-Assisted HR director and auditors with creation of form 5500 and the timely submission of the forms-Responsible for completing the yearly Non-discrimination testing for both 403(b) and 401(a) plans- Provided training to supervisors and staff members to accurately perform basic payroll and time cards functions in the employee and supervisor self-service portal- Created customize reports to integrate employee payroll data with Learning management and Performance appraisal systems.And a whole lot more……please view my current resume for details.
