   Design, develop, and build dSPACE Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) technology systems to support Powertrain Software development department for validation systems functionality in components, modules, and vehicle subsystem using dSPACE hardware simulators. • Designed and Developed tools for hardware and software validation testing for The Powertrain software development engineer using dSPACE hardware simulators with dSPACE software tools ControlDesk Next Gen.(CDNG) and AutomationDesk. • Working with hardware and software Engineers to develop models, test scripts, timing plans, and test plans to support vehicle development and testing activities for ECU Electrical System project using Matlab/ Simulink, dSPACE tools ControlDesk Next Gen.(CDNG) and AutomationDesk. • Develop HIL architecture documents to support the changes to ECU platforms and systems integration. • Develop tools which can be used to support ECU team efforts to Troubleshoot and find the root –cause of any ECU electrical issues. • Validate and identify errors during HIL ECU Electrical System Modules during commissioning.
