I started working at Chrysler back in 1993, I started as assembler, in 1997 i was elected as executive board for UAW local 140, also that year I was elected by management to be on ISO9001 and 14002 team as in plant auditor in 2002 I was placed in Skilled trades after passing a test which I performed maintenance duties, repairing DC tools, pneumatic tools, also performed calibration and validation to all the equipment in the plant, in 2001 I was elected as a trusty for UAW local 140 which I had duties to audit all the financial books f or local 140, in 2005 I was elected as UAW local 140 Skilled trades representative which I had duties defending and representing Skilled Trades by enforcing the contract.
