I’m Ali Badawy, a Product Builder with 5+ years of experience — and a habit of being the first PM at every startup I join (it’s becoming a personality trait at this point). Think of me as the “Chandler Bing” of product management — always around at the beginning, making things happen, asking too many questions, and sometimes writing the roadmap and the jokes from the first couple of days. Currently building at Yassir (YC W20, backed by DoorDash), where I led the revamp of our business platform across four countries — growing revenue from Less than $100K to $1M+ ARR, and somehow managing 20% MoM user growth without needing therapy (yet). I also launched- A Fleet Management solution in Senegal, onboarding 20+ companies - Yassir’s Dynamic Pricing System V1 — because nothing says “fun” like unpredictable fares Before Yassir, I built the first paid product at Find Me Football, growing it from $0 to $26K MRR and scaling organized games from 12 to 500/month. It felt like watching your side project graduate summa cum laude. And just for good measure, I co-founded Codegeist, organizing Egypt’s biggest hackathons and engaging 100K+ students across MENA. That’s where I fell in love with the chaos of building, the power of community, and the magic of late-night brainstorms fueled by bad coffee. Now, I work with early-stage hustlers in Berlin, Cairo, and Riyadh — helping them define product strategy, validate fast, and build products that go from idea to $1M+ ARR.
