   As the Finance Director, my primary responsibility is to provide overall direction of the Finance functions for the separate operating unit(s) to support the achievement of the facility and related entities\' financial and strategic objectives. I report financial performance metrics for assigned facilities, direct and manage key processes including financial, management, and cost reporting and analysis, and ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls, regulatory compliance, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Additionally, I lead a strong team to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and profitability by identifying financial improvement opportunities through monthly budget variance analysis, studying trended data, comparing benchmark information, and reviewing productivity data.Provide financial decision support to assigned operating unit(s) and selected service lines by providing program, payer, and service profitability reports, operating and capital investment analysis, and forecasting. It is my responsibility to ensure the achievement of financial goals and performance metrics for the operating unit and primarily support senior leadership across the operating unit and facility.Perform functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and applicable professional standards.
