Managing a portfolio consisting of condominiums’ in the Waterloo region.• Supervising Limited License Manager. • Responsible for organizing and attending Board meetings, recording minutes, and organizing/chairing Annual General Meetings and other owners’ meetings as needed.• Conduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reports.• Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.• Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.• Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting (annual operating and reserve fund budgets), analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
