Ali Wilburn has extensive experience as a commercial real estate agent in her hometown of Birmingham and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2012 by the Birmingham Association of Realtors. She represents mainly landlords, specializing in retail / office leasing and investment sales. Ali is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and serves as a chair on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Retail Advisory Board and also currently serves on the BCRC (Birmingham Commercial Realtor Council) Board of Directors. In the fall of 2017, Ali co-founded Urban Realty. Urban Realty is a boutique real estate company with a fresh approach to building communities. Urban Realty guides individual home buyers / sellers, commercial tenants with office / retail needs, and investors to help realize the potential value of Birmingham, creating amenity-rich communities with a strong sense of place. As residents of this city, Urban Realty\'s founders have an extensive network of local municipality and government leaders to facilitate progress. Ali has previously worked at Shannon Waltchack and served as chairperson for the Community Development Committee for Young Leaders Society of United Way of Central Alabama. She was a chairperson for the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. Ali holds a degree in Business Administration from Samford University.
