About Ali Littman

I am an engineering executive who seeks to create positive social change through my work in healthcare technology. I am known for scaling startups through hypergrowth and product line expansion, leading departments through major transitions, leading technology transformations with AI, and growing high-performing teams that do hard things and have fun while doing them. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in healthcare, software development, people management, organizational strategy, product management, and project management to give people access to better healthcare. In the long-term, I am interested in making an impact in women’s health tech.On top of my education at UC Berkeley\'s Haas School of Business and deep technical experience in healthcare, I have taken courses in various engineering areas of specialization covering things like AI in development, Python, SQL, AWS, human-centered product design, accessible development, and much more.I also am a champion for diversity and inclusion through ERG leadership, mentorship, imposter syndrome coaching, and founding a local women’s group women’s group that operates from my home. Additionally, I am an active leader within the Engineering Leadership Community (ELC), commonly MC-ing their annual conference and running the San Diego ELC chapter. I also am a recurring speaker at conferences, on podcasts, and in other professional educational environments.
