Intra-Company transferred to Illinois, USA and have been continuing my work at Comarch’s Loyalty Division, serving as Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of Comarch’s Loyalty Marketing Cloud (LMC) and Comarch Loyalty Management (CLM) Projects; Working directly with external (partner and/or client) cross-functional teams - including senior leadership to deliver brand new Loyalty Programs or apply required changes to the existing Loyalty Programs Cultivating, managing and contributing to the success of Comarch’s internal cross-functional teams and relationships within Marketing, R&D, Devops, Product Management, Business Analysis, QA, Development, Senior Leadership and others. Managing the CLM/LMC project delivery stage of the loyalty program by creating/tracking timelines, assigning tasks the internal/external project contributors, identifying the project’s risks and making client specific recommendations Approving and applying the external marketing plans to LMC/CLM that support loyalty program’s growth including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization Collaborating with internal or external Loyalty strategy teams by assisting with providing strategy, direction and input towards the development of campaigns that support the loyalty program’s growth and are in-keeping with the client’s brand requirements Proactively problem solving and enhancing the user experience for assigned loyalty programs and projects Supporting internal/external groups to understand LMC/CLM application’s architecture and integration approaches Preparing, configuring and testing all aspects of LMC/CLM applications to the complete readiness for launching client’s envisioned loyalty programs
