With over 20 years of experience in the retail sector, I am a driven and passionate Area Manager at Micheldever Group, a leading tyre and auto service provider in the UK. I oversee the operations, performance, and profitability of 12 branches in the South Central region, managing a team of 120 staff and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. I also support the company\'s strategic goals and initiatives, such as expanding the product range, enhancing the online presence, and improving the employee engagement and retention. In addition to my role as an Area Manager, I am also a business coaching expert and a business owner, offering my services to SMEs in various fields and industries. I help them to develop and implement effective business plans, strategies, and solutions, using my knowledge and skills in areas such as the happiness advantage, Kotters Wheel, Kotters change curve, and coaching. I also manage their social media accounts, creating and posting relevant and engaging content to increase their brand awareness and reach. My mission is to empower and inspire other entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve their full potential and grow their businesses.
