I am a strategic finance leader and CFO with more than 20 years of experience across renewables, oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, and large-scale infrastructure development. Over my career, I have raised and structured more than $7B in capital, executed multibillion-dollar joint ventures, and guided companies from seed funding through IPO readiness. My experience also includes $2B+ in project finance and infrastructure investments, as well as $4B+ in corporate strategy initiatives such as IPOs, restructurings, and monetizations.Currently, I serve as CFO of Eligius Power and as Founder & Principal of an independent CFO Advisory practice, where I support growth-stage and established companies in renewable energy and industrial innovation with project financing, fundraising, and long-range strategic planning. Representative engagements include consulting for Goldman Sachs Renewable Power (MN8 Energy), where I redesigned FP & A processes for a 5 GWh solar, wind, and storage portfolio and supported IPO readiness.
