Accomplished Manager with over ten years of progressive experience working for Big 4 firms, currently managing a portfolio of circa £l$1 million (Client billings per year) Audit and Assurance clients. Experience lies in working with large and medium-sized Insurance groups. In addition to the client-facing role, Ali is a Deloitte accredited facilitator performed training facilitations on multiple topics. Ali is part of Deloitte ‘future leadership program’, which is a program for high performing managers with leadership potential. Possesses excellent communication and project management capabilities passionately committed to the delivery of service excellence whilst remaining focused on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives. Identifying and solving problems with innovative thinking and with the capacity to deal simultaneously with several rapidly changing and competing priorities. Overview of my experience is: Work independently and as the Team lead on all assigned engagements, leveraging a deep understanding of audit and risk advisory services and stakeholder needs to deliver high quality engagements Resolve most technical issues and complete complex activities on time to time basis Manage a wide portfolio of clients and lead engagement Teams, overseeing the Team’s activities and reviewing client deliverables Execute full engagement management to include the overall planning, budgeting, WIP management, pricing and reporting. Formulate reasonable judgements and conclusions in order to deliver informative and timely outputs. Integrate engagement Teams, involving internal specialists early and often and managing all referred work and leading the scheduling of resources both locally and inter-Firm as required Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability, optimizing all engagements Provide value added advisory solutions to our clients on current business and financial conditions Build and develop long terms relationships with senior stakeholders across our client organizations Participate in technical training for external parties (clients, fund administrators etc.) as required Focus on managing the Practice to include service line budgeting, profitability, strategy, developing capabilities, recruitment, training, competitor analysis and managing quality and risk, making appropriate use of tools, guidance and methodology Contribute to Practice growth and development to include proactively participating in proposals, sales and marketing activities
