Our mission is to empower women with knowledge and control over their reproductive health through advanced, personalised diagnostics and support.As the Head of People and Talent at Hertility, I partner with the leadership team to drive all HR initiatives aligned with our organisational goals and values. I provide data informed, pragmatic guidance on complex people issues, helping leaders make balanced decisions that support both the company and its employees. My role covers- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborating with leadership on organisational design, talent acquisition, L&D, compensation benchmarking and policy creation- Employee Experience & Culture: Enhancing employee engagement through an inclusive culture that reflects Hertility\'s values, overseeing onboarding and oboarding, benefits and company events- Performance & Development: Leading performance management and L&D processes and working closely with the DEI team to foster a motivated, skilled workforce- HR Operations: Managing payroll, employee relations and compliance to ensure efficient, seamless HR processes.By combining strategic insight with operational excellence, I aim to create an environment where employees feel valued, empowered and aligned with our mission.
