ABOUT ALI HOLLINGSHEAD
I give legal advice and tax advice to people, trustees and family offices (UK and international). My focus is on trusts and complex structuring. I have UK and international experience. I take care to focus on family dynamics, and how they can and must be woven into complex tax and structuring advice. My pro bono practice includes trust advice for vulnerable beneficiaries and Wills and end of life care for young people living with terminal cancer diagnoses. I am also Responsible Business Partner for Farrer & Co working on gathering, organising and growing our firm\'s social value output. This has 4 strands: pro bono legal advice; community impact; carbon emissions; and supporting clients with their own environmental, social or governance impact projects.
