ABOUT ALI HARMS
With a decades-long career in recruiting, I began in higher education working with prospective students before transitioning into Talent Acquisition - primarily within the technology space. While those industries serve very different audiences, one thing that has always remained consistent is the excitement of helping make a meaningful match.Since joining ITA Group, I\'ve had the pleasure of expanding my recruiting scope beyond technology to include roles in our Travel Agency, Legal, Data/Analytics, AI, Client Success, Sales, and Awards spaces, as well as leading our Summer Internship Program. In addition to domestic roles, I’ve partnered on global recruiting initiatives, helping to identify and onboard talent in international markets across our community of companies.I love the variety of my role and the opportunity to connect great people with great teams across the organization.
