Ali H. Kargar is the Corporate Vice President of ICI Homes, one of Florida’s leading residential homebuilders and developers. Born in Iran and educated in Romania, Ali earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Carol Davila Faculty of Dentistry in Guided by strong family ties and a forward-looking vision, he relocated to Florida to join the family enterprise and quickly found his path in the real estate and development industry.Since joining ICI Homes in 2005, Ali has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic growth across key Florida markets, including Volusia, Flagler, St. Johns, Duval, Nassau, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Brevard counties. Recognized by Builder Magazine as one of the nation’s Top 100 homebuilders, ICI Homes is known for its quality craftsmanship, design innovation, and community-focused development.Ali also serves as the Broker for both Venture Development Realty, Inc. and ICI Select Realty, Inc, the marketing arms of ICI Homes.
