I have been interested in milling since I was a child because I have grown up in a milling family and I\'m proud to be part of the third generation of miller. After I received my baccalaureate diploma, I joined the French milling school and have been graduated in Flour Milling Industries followed by another graduation in Food Industries Management in La Rochelle University, and then a Master Degree in International Management in INSEEC Business School.I completed an internship at Ardent Mills in Albany, New York : Working at a mill of one of the largest companies in the USA provided me with the rare opportunity to directly expand my knowledge of the industry while also enriching my international experience. Learning about the French Method Of Conducting Business in the milling field it was a great importance to me during my 2 Years in the french Leader \'\' Groupe Soufflet \'\', as it helped me progress within my career as well as heightening my global awareness of the industry.
